I am so excited as I am busy creating new things..from snacks like pumpkin seeds to healthy dry mixes like healthy pumpkin cookies, spa products, and so many fun things I can’t wait to share with you from one site! One of the first things I would like to introduce is something I’ve been looking for to add on that could help us all. Something that can help in our quest to stay healthy, get healthy and yes my favorite….Lose some of those stinkin pounds! Well funny how things keep falling in my lap, Rick came home all excited about this new drink mix/can be meal replacement shake that has had amazing success! Well I just got it a few days ago, and yip I mixed it up but, must tell you I smelled the base mix and it smelled like cake batter/cookie dough..hmmm , I thought, “it smells good at least”. I have choked down soooo many protein/meal replacement shakes that I can’t even name them all…well…this one tasted so yummy I just drank it down in a big hurry..it has a base flavor which is good by itself but it comes with little flavor mixes or just add in whatever you want and YUM O! I will be sharing our success soon!
